Connect your AI to a cybersecurity career coach

CyberDesserts Coach is an MCP server that gives Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client structured career roadmaps, certification guidance, and defend-and-learn coaching, grounded in curated practitioner content. You keep your model; we supply the coaching.

Coaching a general model can't give you

Frontier models give generic career advice. What they can't do is ground it in structured role progressions, precise certification economics, and curated practitioner content. That is the gap this fills.

Structured career progression

Entry, mid and senior roadmaps for real cybersecurity roles: the skills, tools, and certifications that matter at each level, not generic advice.

Precise certification economics

Study hours, renewal cost, CPE requirements and validity for the certifications worth pursuing. General models guess these; this doesn't.

Learn by defending

How an attack works, how to defend against it, and the exact skills and certifications that map to it, grounded in stable patterns and curated practitioner articles.

What you can ask your coach

Once connected, your assistant can call these tools directly. Ask in plain language and it picks the right one.

Career roadmaps

Ask “How do I become a SOC analyst?” and get the entry, mid and senior progression: skills, certifications, tools, and where to focus at each level.

Certification guidance

Ask “Is OSCP worth it?” and get the study effort, renewal cost, CPE requirements, what it validates, and where it fits in a path.

Learn or defend a topic

Ask “How do I defend against phishing, and what should I learn?” and get the defender skills, certifications and defenses that map to it, plus curated resources.

Search the corpus

Ask “Find practitioner guidance on detection engineering” and get grounded, source-backed learning content from the curated corpus.

Config-file clients

For clients configured by file (for example Cursor, or any MCP client without a remote-connector option), add this to your MCP configuration and restart the client. Authorisation opens in your browser on first use.
